The Space

And if you’re in the mood for a stroll, the Deschutes River Trail runs right behind the property, leading you on a 10-minute walk to downtown Bend. There, you can explore some of our top-rated local shops, restaurants, breweries, and maybe even find a few new favorites to come back to!

Unit 300, our corner unit not only has an amazing view of the river from its patio, but also has windows on its south corner, giving you a panorama of the Deschutes from the comfort of your own living room. It can sleep up to two, offering a firm king size mattress. Unit 301 is able to sleep up to four guests on a brand new, queen-sized bed by Beautyrest, as well as a top-of-the-line queen sized sofa bed. Say goodbye to sofa beds of the past with their clunky metal bars and squeaky springs that constantly find a way to disrupt your sleep! This is the most impressive sofa bed around! It includes a luxurious memory foam mattress that pulls from the frame instead of folding up like other hide-a-beds, making it not just suitable for children, but also a surface where two adults can get a restful night’s sleep!

Both units come with a fully stocked kitchen so that you are able to chef it up—or just for reheating takeout (that's okay too). With an oven, a full-sized fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher, you can cook up a storm and then relax without worrying about the cleanup. Just remember to bring your favorite spices and seasonings to add that extra touch of "home" to your meals.

And for the ultimate relaxation, don’t forget to dive into our indoor heated pool or soak in the hot tub, open year-round from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Plus, you'll have access to our on-site laundry facilities, conveniently located just right across the hall, because even vacationers need to do laundry sometimes.
