This is a one-bedroom condominium on the third floor. You won't hear the footsteps of anyone above you since you're already on top!
The condo has two separate rooms. There is a private bedroom with a locking communicating door. The riverside living room features a remodeled kitchen, another bathroom, a desk and seating area.
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove top and oven. Dishes and cookware are provided. An island in the kitchen gives you a spot to make meals while you socialize with the rest of your party, watch TV and keep an eye on that incredible view.
The riverfront living room includes a gas fireplace to keep you warm in the winter. AC keeps you cool in the summer.
Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in room)
The balcony has chairs and a small table so you can take in the sounds and sights as you watch the river rush by below.
