  • Q: Do you have an elevator?

    A: There is no elevator in our building. It is 30 steps to the third floor, 15 steps to the second floor and no stairs at all for the ground floor studios and cottages.

  • Q: Who do we call if we have an issue or emergency in our condo?

    A: If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us at 541-389-2363 or email us at reservations@bendriversiderentals.com. We are unable to answer the phone 24 hours a day, but if you leave a message we will be certain to return your call. We respond very well to text messages, too. Since it is a private rental, we will do our best to address any concerns you might have over the phone, and send someone to help you if additional assistance is absolutely necessary.

  • Q: What are your typical hours?

    A: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week.

  • Q: Do we need to bring our own towels and toiletries?

    A: You'll begin your stay with a starter supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels and coffee. In each bathroom you'll have about four bath towels, two hand towels and four washcloths. You are on your own for toiletries beyond the starter supply. Please bring your own towels for any river activities you pursue.

  • Q: I heard you have a swimming pool. Is it open?

    A: Our indoor heated pool and hot tub are among our most popular amenities. However, we cannot guarantee the pool will be open during your stay due to COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the local government.

  • Q: Are there quiet hours?

    A: Yes, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. everyday, and are enforced by the City of Bend. Admittedly, Bend Riverside is an older community and not entirely soundproof, so sometimes even footsteps can be heard through the ceiling. We ask you to be mindful of how much noise you are making even during regular hours and to be considerate of your neighbors.
