It’s a great place to unwind after a day of hiking, biking, skiing, exploring Bend, or spending time along the Deschutes River. Please note that the pool may be closed on occasion due to maintenance. We cannot provide refunds due to these occasional closures; however, we always communicate these closures with our guests.

Yes. Select accommodations at Bend Riverside Rentals are pet-friendly. Because not every vacation rental allows pets, guests traveling with a dog should choose one of our designated pet-friendly condos when booking.

Our location makes it easy to spend the day skiing or snowboarding and return to Bend to relax in the indoor heated pool or hot tub, prepare a meal in your condo, or head downtown for dinner.

A: There is no elevator in our building. It is 30 steps to the third floor, 15 steps to the second floor and no stairs at all for the ground floor studios and cottages.

A: Bend has stores. You’ll survive.
A: You’ll begin your stay with a starter supply of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels and coffee. In each bathroom, you’ll have about four bath towels, two hand towels and four washcloths. You are on your own for toiletries beyond the starter supply. Please bring your own towels for any river activities you pursue.

Guests can choose from individually owned studios, cottages, and condos, with features such as kitchens, river views, private balconies or patios, and pet-friendly options available in select rentals. A: Yes, quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. everyday, and are enforced by the City of Bend. Admittedly, Bend Riverside is an older community and not entirely soundproof, so sometimes even footsteps can be heard through the ceiling. We ask you to be mindful of how much noise you are making even during regular hours and to be considerate of your neighbors.
