Bend Riverside Rentals

Our properties are all located at Bend’s Riverside Commons Condominiums. Built in 1973, our unique riverside property has gone by different names through the years. Travelers might remember a time when it was a “condotel” known as the Bend Riverside Inn and Suites. In its earliest days it was known as the Bend Riverside Motel.

Each condo here is owned by an individual or family. The interiors and furnishings reflect the owner’s tastes and preferences. Each property even has its own nickname.
