304 Hike Hike Baby Description
"Hike, Hike, Baby" is on the ground floor and sleeps two guests. This unit features a lovely balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Deschutes River that flows right along our property. The full kitchen offers a dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, apartment-size oven/stove with all the dishes and utensils provided. There is also a gas fireplace for those cold winter nights.
Our property is located next to Pioneer Park, which offers easy access to the walking path and benches to enjoy the scenery. We are a short 10-minute walk into the heart of downtown. Downtown has plenty of dinning and shopping to offer. The unit is pet-friendly with a maximum of two pets. There is a one time additional pet fee of $50 + tax per pet.
Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic setup of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device. All TVs in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups. (HDMI cords not included in the studio.)
There is a portable A/C unit in this condo until main HVAC equipment can be replaced. Rates are discounted accordingly.
When not chillin' on the patio watching the river roll by, take a dip in our heated indoor pool and hot tub.
This studio recently became a private rental. Before that, it was part of a "condotel" called the Bend Riverside Inn and Suites, which went out of business in 2020. Decades before that, it was once part of the Bend Riverside Condominium Motel. Today the property is technically called "The Riverside Commons," but most people still refer to it as Bend Riverside. Because it was built in the 1970s, it has one of the best locations in Bend. It is centrally located and a short walk into downtown. There's a river trail for your enjoyment.
